Levels of Care
Level 1 - Low level
Able to walk independently, but needs medication management and reminders to safely perform activities of daily living (ADL)*
Level 2 - Moderate level
Able to walk with assistance or supervision, but requires assistance with some ADLs.
Level 3 - High level
Unable to walk and requires more than one caregiver to assist in ADLs
*Activity of Daily Living (ADL): bathing, dressing, oral care, hair care, grooming, feeding, mobility, and continence management.
